[touch rougby camp 04]
10th 11th june

I had touch rugby camp last week, thursday and friday. It was almost the same as last yr's camp except that now, i am a senior. It feels good to be a senior, you get to screw the juniors (haha. ok, that's evil*)

Basically, the seniors planned all the games and activities. while year ones had their toughest training of the year. (they did 30mins of shuttle run.. at first they were all qte excited about how tough the training will be.. haha.. but i guess they regretted it yar) I remember last year ran until almost puking. Hey, but when you persevere on, you reach that kind of ultimate "level" where you don't even feel tired! I like that kind of feeling, you just let your legs run and there is just nothing in your mind!

The camp was quite slack cause half the time they had exco interview and year ones had training,so the only thing the rest of us could do was train the year1s, prepare the games, sleep and play cards. I love the games we played..the similiar games the senior passed down and "inherited" to us.

-rugby with papayas (really gross)
-trust walk( juniors had chilli, tooth paste, flour and water all over) The juniors were made to answer stupid questions when they were blind-folded like, "do you think coach is handsome?" and "who's the prettiest senior?" geeh, when they said coach is handsome then we were like "are your sure..?? you're lying! " so they got water bombs over their heads.. opss. Then when they said "no" we said coach is angry.. haha.. so they got more water on themselves. Either way we win ;) and it also involves bringing them to the toilet and make them put their heads over the toilet bowl and then flush the toilet bowl and start pouring water all over them (haha. mich, you remember or not.. that really sucks)
-war games. of course the seniors won.. hehe played the same game during the church camp last year, i had our rugby ball wrapped with extra newspapers! junior's ball was like.. totally wet and all the newspaper came out ! (shhh don't tell them la)

Got many more, but not going to describe them, but this year juniors all very rough leh. wah. got a big bruise on my arm cause someone snatched a pail from me during the war game. oucchh.

on thursday we ended quite early so we set off to jingqi's aunt place.. staying overnight there. The first thing that we did was on the air-conditioner and erm the tv. Must tell you guys about the tv. Cause no one stays there, the tv's a little screwed up.. pictures only start appearing half an hr later. So all of us were staring at the tv and waiting for something to appear on the screen. 15mins later there were shadows and later got some colour. haha. really funny man.

Had swensen's for dinner! wah really good. All of us ordered baked rice(it's the cheapest) Then the alien-looking waiter was really amused.. "10 baked rice?" whatever. we eat what we want. Had an Earthquake. delicious man!

after dinner headed for town to play pool..on the journey we had the whole bus to ourselves. so can imagine.. Met up with huiyi then some went back to sleep first. was really tired but decided that should go or else too little pple there. Paired up with viv, and won twice. wah she very tyco one, 4 shots in a row man. Hey, but all of them agreed that i'm not bad for a started! ^cheers^

at midnight we took cab back.. when we got back to the apartment, all i wanted to do was erm sleep. and pris was busy talking on the phone to "someone". the living room was so cold, was freezing even with my jacket! then i just fell asleep, but woke up at ard 2am cause it was too cold then i went to the kitchen to sleep (haha, i can really sleep anywhere anytime man.)

when i got back to the living room, most were in the room and still awake.. exco still having meeting.. and were discussing about the juniors. Their laughter was like really loud!

viv and fran woke all of us up at like 6plus. wah, they can still wake up so early. I was the first to sleep and last to wake up. They were actually watching all of us sleep! goodness. and i don't understand what so funny about that.

when we got to school, i got myself coffee and went back to sleep! (guess it didn't help)but we played cards lah. as usual, dai di queen never loses..!

Now for the highlight of the camp, the BBQ. We made the juniors bye all the food and cook and serve us. Well that was what we did last year for our seniors.. haha. so too bad! We actually set the fire for our juniors! they are really inefficent. the food is not comparable to last year's! Their performance was quite interesting.. haha.. really funny and cute. esp wan xuan.. she's so short and cute! they sang some song and changed it's lyrics. Our performance last year was better la, still remember i had to be M2M. ehh.. haha.. then got really funny nike advertisement and finding nemo etc etc.

At the end was all the prize presentation and annoucement of who are the new exco members. this year e 2 capts are quite chio, guess coach needs a big change! At one point, the whole thing became so sad that i started tearing. and jingqi was flooding the whole place already. the same thing happened last year, same place same time. It feels in fact, rather scary to see the same scene again, but this time, it's us! He suddenly became very serious about what he said. All the things that we've been through together, it's really not easy.

I wished i taped down what he said that day, it's really really touching for someone whom i would describe as crazy and tempermental.
